CAREER OBJECTIVES:

I have nurtured a keen interest in the clinical epidemiology, diagnosis and management of glaucoma and its antecedent problems throughout my training in Ophthalmology. I would like to focus my efforts in research with regard to optic disc examination using various newer Imaging modalities. As there is very little known about management of angle closure of glaucoma and there is no randomised trial involving treatment modalities in angle closure glaucoma, I am very keen on getting involved in initiating such trial in India. I would also like to be associated in research for development of newer drug molecules for glaucoma.
